Emma Thomas Talks The Dark Knight Rises

Emma Thomas Talks The Dark Knight Rises

‘The Dark Knight Rises’ Producer Emma Thomas (wife of Christopher Nolan) recently chatted with Total Film about the film and its villains. Read below to see what she said:

Emma on Tom Hardy as Bane: “Tom made a massive physical transformation for the role… It really is an intense performance. He finally feels like a match for Batman – both physically and mentally.”

Emma on Christian Bale & Tom Hardy’s Chemistry: “Christian Bale and Tom Hardy are both such fiercely committed actors that pitching them as adversaries works incredibly well – they have such a great chemistry on camera.”

Emma on Anne Hathaway’s Catwoman: “It’s completely new, and it’s a really interesting role. You never quite know where you are with her.”

More from Emma Thomas will be in the next issue of Total Film Magazine; Available Thursday February 16, 2012.

“I’m so happy to read all the latest interviews from cast & crew, although brief, they excite me even more for the film if that is even possible.” -Brandon

    Hey, what’s up.
Sorry to say, but I’ve noticed with a lot of your news posts, that you guys have bad grammar, punctuation and constantly misspell words.

Just thought I’d throw that out there.
It’s kind of annoying to see, but only cause it’s so damn often.

    Just trying to help.

Yeah we need an editor badly. None of us our writers by trait or trained, were just fans who want to get the news to other fans quickly (and have something to talk about on our podcast). I will be first to admit my grammar is horrible though :)

Yeah, you’re fans first and foremost, and you’re doing it for the love of all things Batman. But you can’t use that as an excuse for bad grammar. This is a news site and that’s it’s primary function. And people shouldn’t have to read incoherent articles.

You don’t need an editor, just take your time before you post articles, dude.
Unless you want to bring another guy on board. I’ll be happy to do some editing work. If not, that’s cool. Just a suggestion.
