In February, we heard that Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate (Deluxe Edition) would be released for as a downloadable game; April has arrived, and Blackgate is now available for digital download via the Playstation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, Steam, and Nintendo eShop for a $19.99 price tag.
The synopsis, according to Daily Game:
Set three months after Batman: Arkham Origins, the Deluxe Edition has Batman summoned to restore peace and order within the walls of Blackgate Prison. Players will explore the depths of the island penitentiary as Batman investigates and realizes that there is more to the henchman uprising than initially meets the eye.
Blackgate is a standalone, companion-piece High Definition game made to accompany Batman: Arkham Origins, which was released in October of 2013.
