Thanks to Batman Arkham Videos, we have some information concerning the Red Hood DLC for Batman: Arkham Knight. It seems that playability of this character will be limited to challenge maps. I wouldn’t rule out cutscenes, but it seems that we won’t be granted free roam with him. Seeing as how Jason Todd is more ruthless than Batman, it’s worth pointing out that lethal attacks will be available. While playing as Red Hood, you will be able to snap necks, execute headshots, etc. Users may find this somewhat similar to the Joker’s DLC in Arkham Asylum.
Another tidbit worth mentioning is that leaked footage of the playable GamesCom demo is online. It can’t be posted to YouTube for copyright reasons and won’t be linked here. If you really are curious, you can follow the above video to Youtube and find it linked in the video’s description. Just be forewarned that the demo footage is low quality and you may want to bring a barf bag.
Batman: Arkham Knight will be available June 2, 2015 for Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
