While being interviewed by Entertainment Tonight, Deathstroke actor Joe Manganiello dropped a bit of a bombshell by revealing the solo Batman movie will begin production in Spring 2017.
During an interview with ETonline, Manganiello talked to them about his schedule for the next couple of projects. The most interesting tidbit was that he is prepping for his role of Deathstroke and will begin shooting his part next Spring. The news of the production date – along with Time Warner CEO Jeff Bewkes’ comments of the movie being “a year-and-a-half away”- seems to indicate that the Ben Affleck-directed film will be released around March 2018.
However, this still leaves the hanging thread of what are the two yet-unrevealed DC movies that will be released in the October 5, 2018 and November 1, 2019 slots?
