While many pictures from the set of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice have found their way online, none have featured characters in costume. That somewhat changes today because Henry Cavill is apparently shooting some scenes outdoors in full Superman regalia. A good portion of what has been filmed in costume has likely been on sound stages, but they had to film something outdoors at some point.
Just Jared has some shots of Cavill using a Sith-like robe to cover up his costume. Perhaps they didn’t want to draw too much attention to him from passerbys, but I’m mostly unsure why they felt the need to hide a costume that has already been revealed in an official photo (which I will include below the set photos in case you haven’t seen it). Hopefully somebody scores a candid shot of Ben Affleck in his Batman costume before long. And what of the elusive Jesse Eisenberg?
